Tim Wesling is the principal financial planner at Wesling Financial Planning Services Corp. He is a retired Air Force officer and started Wesling Financial Planning Services Corp after completing nearly four years with Morgan Stanley.
Tim is a Certified Financial Planner™, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™. He is also a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors and the Financial Planning Association. Carol May joined Wesling Financial Planning Services as a full-time financial planner and tax preparer in 2017, following five years of part-time service. Carol provides tax planning, tax preparation (individual, trust and estate, and small business), taxpayer representation, insurance consultation, and general financial planning.
Carol is a Certified Financial Planner™ and an Enrolled Agent, authorized to practice and represent clients in front of the Internal Revenue Service. She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the Virginia Society of Enrolled Agents. Carol holds a Virginia property and casualty consultant’s license.
Carol has over 30 years of experience as a government contractor managing complex technical programs. She earned her BS in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Virginia Tech and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and subsequently completed a post-graduate fellowship in computational fluid mechanics in Gottingen, Germany. Carol holds licenses as a Project Management Professional and Professional Engineer.
